The
Challenge

The Business Transition Summit brings together business owners in high-growth or pre-transition seasons, people actively building toward their next chapter. What started as a DFW conference has since expanded into multiple states, so the brand needed to do more than look good on a single event banner. It had to feel vibrant and energizing, speak credibly to serious business owners, and stay instantly recognizable from one city to the next.

The
Approach

At the heart of the logo is a subtle bar chart that doubles as a city skyline. It nods to growth and momentum while also suggesting place, the cities where these business communities come together. The goal was to make that idea feel creative and intentional, never literal or gimmicky.

We paired the mark with simple, clean typography designed to carry across every touchpoint. From there, we pulled the brand's core elements into a full system: social media templates, print pieces, and the design of the event space itself.

The Result

Over three years of partnership, the Summit hit its attendance goals every single year. The brand gave every event a polished, unmistakable presence, and the marketing behind it kept the seats filled.

We also helped the Summit reach its expansion goals. Our introductions connected the primary organizer with key partners in Arizona and Arkansas, and those relationships grew into recurring events in both states.

To build momentum, we re-engaged a cold list of business owners the Summit already had but hadn't been reaching. A targeted email drip campaign brought those contacts back into the conversation and turned dormant names into genuine interest.

Beyond attendees, we marketed directly to sponsors, many of whom went on to support the Summit across multiple years and multiple events. That long-term sponsor commitment, alongside consistent attendance and new markets, was how we measured success.
