At VBM Strategy, our standard content and design review process is designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and excellence. Clients receive two rounds of revisions, with clear guidance on expectations for each round. Internally, every deliverable is quality-checked through a structured approval chain before client delivery.

Client Review Process

1. First Draft Delivery & Walkthrough

Purpose: Provide the client with context and strategic rationale behind the content or design.

2. Round 1: Substantive Review (Strategic + Structural Changes)

Purpose: Opportunity to request major edits for alignment, clarity, and strategy.

Examples of Substantive Content Revisions

Rewriting a section for better alignment with voice or tone

Reordering slides or reorganizing message flow

Adding/deleting sections of a document

Requesting a new call-to-action or audience angle

Examples of Substantive Design Revisions

Shifting layout structure

Swapping color schemes or visual theme

Changing graphic style (e.g., illustrations vs. photos)

Adjusting slide sequence for narrative clarity

3. Round 2: Polish & Proofing (Minor Adjustments Only)

Purpose: Final refinement before approval. No structural or strategic changes

Final Approval & Packaging

Once Round 2 changes are made, the project is packaged for delivery or launch.

No further changes are made unless a new scope or revision round is agreed upon.

Revisions are available beyond the included two rounds and will be billed as a new project scope or change order.
